Twilight Eclipse Movie Cast Newborn Vampire
Actor Xavier Samuel to Play Riley, in 3rd Twilight Saga Series Film

Summit Entertainment has released information that the intensely anticipated third Twilight movie Eclipse has finished casting and will begin filming in August 2009. Fans will want to get to know previously un-discovered (at least in outside of Australia) actor Xavier Samuel, who will join the cast.
Xavier Samuel, represented by Management 360, Gersh and Shanahan, has been in series of films in Australia, including one titled Newcastle, in which he played a Goth teenager. Xavier Samuel has also been in an Aussie period drama called September and will be in an upcoming science fiction thriller titled Road Train. His appearance in the Twilight Eclipse movie will be his first U.S. film role.

In the new Twilight movie, good-looking college student, Riley, joins the plot of villain Victoria to murder protagonist Bella (Kristen Stewart). Riley is corrupted by Victoria, for whom he has an inexplicable weakness.
According to Summit, "The movie's larger plot centers on a choice Bella must make between the werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and the vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson)."
When Will the Twilight Movie Eclipse be Released and In Theaters?
Summit Entertainment announced in April 2009 that David Slade has been hired to direct The Twilight Saga: Eclipse from a screenplay written by Melissa Rosenberg. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, based on the third book of Stephenie Meyer's bestselling Twilight vampire book series, will be released in theaters in North America on Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Fans will surely be marking their calendars for the first midnight showings and other premiers.
Summit announced after the initial DVD release of the first Twilight Saga film, a modern day vampire love story, that it sold over 3 million DVD units in its first day of release.

Xavier is 25 years old, without facial hair. He was quoted as saying, "“I don’t have any facial hair, so it will be a while before I play the gruff leading man,” Xavier has said. “Maybe one day I’ll get to play my actual age. For now my baby face has condemned me to play the teenager.”
Interesting...as vampires never age. Hmmmm.
